Tips for your Special Day

  • Consider parking and access, especially for those who are less mobile.

  • Is it suitable to set up chairs, shade etc – is it level, sandy, muddy?

  • Weather on your wedding day – will it be hot/cold/rain/wind/shade

  • Alternate arrangements in case of inclement weather on the day.

  • Do you need access to power for drinks, food, music and lights.

  • Are there toilets close by or is this something you will need to arrange

  • Is it in school holidays or are there any events on in the area that may make it difficult to book accommodation?

  • Consider asking friends or family for their help, during planning and on your wedding day. Not only is this a nice way to include them, but it will also reduce your workload and stress.

  • Use your bouquets as bridal table decorations.

  • These are just a few considerations for you to think about to make your day run smoothly.
